Tuberculosis is still an important cause of morbidity and mortality for our country. First line tuberculosis drugs have serious adverse effect potentials although they are highly effective in treatment. Cutaneous adverse effects are also frequent. Elderly are more prone to drug reactions because of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic reasons and a high incidence of multiple-drug use. Lichenoid drug reaction is a rare type of drug reaction after systemic, inhaler or transdermal use of various drugs or chemicals. Only a few cases of lichenoid drug reactions due to first line tuberculosis drugs have been reported until now. Here, we report an 80-year-old patient under multi-drug therapy for his recurrent tuberculosis who developed lichenoid drug reaction due to isoniazid. Potential of drug reaction increases with combination of multiple-drug use for tuberculosis and being old. For this reason, elderly patients with multiple-drug use require a more careful monitoring for drug reactions. Keywords : Isoniazid; Lichenoid Eruptions; Tuberculosis
